  • No. To access the desktop version of Equivo, you must first purchase a subscription through the mobile app. Once subscribed, you can log in and access your account via desktop.

  • Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to Equivo for the remainder of your paid subscription period and will not be charged again after that.

  • If you're on a monthly subscription, the easiest option is to cancel your current plan and then subscribe to the next tier that suits your horse numbers.

    If you're on an annual subscription, please contact us at apps@equivo.com.au and we'll assist you with upgrading your plan.

  • Your horse records and data will remain securely stored. However, access to your account and features will be unavailable once your subscription expires.

  • Absolutely. You can upgrade your subscription whenever your horse numbers increase.

  • An internet connection is required for syncing and accessing your records across devices. Some functionality may be limited when offline.
